YOUR BOOKING WILL HAVE EXCLUSIVE USE OF ALL FACILITIES DURING YOUR VISIT.
RESIDENTIAL ACCOMMODATION
Fully accessible ground floor accommodation, including toilet and shower with handrails.
Six bedrooms - 22 beds (5 bedrooms with bunkbeds, 1 room with 2 single beds)
Fantastic kitchen facilities
All bed linen/duvets/pillows are supplied. Our beds have water resistant mattresses and extra protective sheets can be supplied if required.
There is a lounge area with sofas/chairs, TV, DVD, CD/cassette/radio, children’s books and toys.
DINING AREA/ GAMES ROOM

OTHER INDOOR FACILITIES
Gas central heating/hot water, 3 showers/toilets/wash basins. Smoke detection/fire alarms/emergency lighting/extinguishers. Flip chart paper & pen
OUTDOOR FACILITIES
Three quarter acre of grounds, fenced for safety with established trees/ shrubs and grassed areas. Picnic tables, Gas BBQ (if required), Play equipment includes chutes, climbing frames, swings, flying fox and a football area/ goals all suitable for younger children.
We will ensure that our facilities are ready and appropriate to your needs and make your group familiar with equipment, premises and grounds.
Arrival and departure times will be agreed with you when you book and/ or at point of finalising arrangements. A staff member is available on an ‘on-call emergency basis’ for any premises related problems, which arise and need immediate attention.
As we only accommodate one group per booking you have exclusive use of premises/ grounds.
We accept day bookings for day/ part day visits and a residential stay is based on number of nights (normally residential visits arrival 2.00pm onwards - departure 11.00am). When possible we will vary these times if required.
